Leading efforts with government authorities

As our PRO Officer in Arla UAE, your key responsibilities will be to coordinate with government authorities. You will be handling and providing all the administration services requested by the PRO Manager. You will be responsible to carry all the necessary procedure in coordination with government authorities for applying  and renewing of various licenses for any new appoved business expansion. You will be responsible in coordination for processing of all inquiries and applications at various Government offices, Police Department, Ministry of Labour, RTA and Embassies of UAE. You will be carrying  all the work operation to matters in the area of traffic department, road permits, Identity Authority  and gate passes, trade licenses , employment visas and ensure that it is completed as per identified timeline.

Experienced PRO

You are a UAE National with family book. You hold a minimum of Diploma with minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience in a multinational company in UAE. You are a fluent Arabic and English speaker. You have the skills of documentation, archiving, typing and all the office management. You have significant knowledge of Government Regulations (Traffic Department, Residence and Foreign Affairs Department etc.) and labour laws in UAE and neighbouring countries.  Handling  the valid UAE driving license.
