Sales Supporter, Arla Foods Japan & South Korea

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Supporter to join Arla Foods, supporting our business in the Japan & South Korea markets. In this role, you will play a key part in driving our sales and export operations, ensuring seamless coordination between customers, internal teams, and external partners.

About the Role

As Sales Supporter, you will be responsible for providing vital ad-hoc sales support to our Japan and Korea markets. Your day-to-day tasks will involve accurate APO forecasting, order management, and supporting new product introductions. You will work closely with Sales colleagues, the Technical Manager, Global Product Manager, Logistics, and our dairies, all while gaining valuable international experience at our Copenhagen office.

Key Responsibilities

APO Sales Forecast Management

•             Drive timely APO forecasting by prompting Sales Managers and key customers for input and updating forecasts accordingly.

•             Regularly adjust forecasts to reflect larger orders.

Order Management

•             Keep order sheets and pricing up to date; maintain clear communication with customers.

•             Adjust orders to optimize container usage; coordinate with logistics in case of delivery challenges.

•             Issue credit notes in SAP and handle sample orders.

New Product Introductions

•             Coordinate manufacturing process certifications and packaging artwork approvals.

•             Manage new product information for market launches in Japan and Korea.

Customer Support

•             Provide daily sales and customer support; respond professionally to inquiries.

•             Resolve customer issues related to pricing, urgent shipments, product samples, and design changes.

Administrative and Coordination Tasks

•             Participate in internal sales, logistics, and PM meetings.

•             Offer administrative support for product assortment and data management.

About You

•             Experience in sales support and customer service

•             Proficient in SAP, 3DX, Excel and Word

•             Strong organisational and communication skills

•             Comfortable working in international teams

•             Proficient in English (business level); Danish is an advantage

Qualifications

•             Vocational education background

•             Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales Support or Product Management operations

•             Alternatively, solid all-round office experience within product management or a coordinator role
