Brand Marketing Manager Retail & Foodservice (Food & Beverages) - Taiwan

We are Arla, one of the leading dairy companies in the world with a growing presence in Southeast Asia.  We are looking for a brilliant Marketing Manager to develop Arla brands in both retail and food service landscape. This position reports to Food service and Retail Manager in Taiwan. 

 

Your responsibility

  • Develop Arla brand and marketing strategy for retail and foodservice in Taiwan and Hong Kong
  • Lead NPD & other product management related projects 
  • Manage digital marketing platforms for brand communication, e.g. Facebook, SEO, website, etc.
  • Design and execute winning campaigns to achieve brand equity and sales growth target
  • Develop yearly media and communication plan, including to secure efficient use of budget to deliver strong ROI across touchpoints
  • Oversee and approve brand and trading marketing materials
  • Measure performance of marketing activities, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Evaluate and recommend optimal trade activation plan based on promotion analysis
  • Work closely with distributor team for brand and trade marketing execution
  • Work closely with cross-functional team and marketing community to drive category growth, gain resources support and develop solutions for customers

 

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of FMCG marketing experience in FMCG, preferable in food and beverage industry 
  • Successful higher graduation in business administration or similar at least on Bachelor’s level
  • Exceptional brand management, campaign deployment and digital marketing track-record
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers and making sense of metrics
  • Good English and Chinese speaking and writing capabilities
  • Great skills in presentation and MS Office, e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint 
  • True passion for dairy products and application
  • Willingness to travel 10% of your time in the region
