Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia – SEA Regional Office

As an Associate Finance Business Partner in our SEA Regional Office, you’ll play a key role in supporting regional reporting, forecasting and accounting processes while building strong relationships across markets and functions.

You’ll join a small, collaborative regional Finance team and work closely with our Finance Director and market finance teams across the region. This is your opportunity to grow in business partnering and shape how we drive financial performance.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the forecasting process for the SEA region and coordinate the central cost forecasting
• Consolidation of the forecast data, which includes summarising key movements and working closely with the Finance Director and market Finance teams to review the data
• Support commercial performance reviews by delivering accurate and insightful reporting
• Drive continuous improvements and digitalisation of reporting processes, especially through Power BI
• Take ownership of accounting for our Malaysian entity, including month-end processes, balance sheet control, audits and financial projects (e.g. e-invoicing)

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, forecasting or accounting
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to see the bigger picture
• Good knowledge of reporting tools – Power BI experience is a plus
• Proactive and collaborative attitude, with the confidence to work cross-functionally and challenge the status quo
