- Support development and execution of Strategy ensuring focus on growth, innovation, and customer-centric solutions.
- Lead MRO/NPD projects and responsible for compliance with local and regional processes
- Route to Market Optimization, analyse and optimize distribution to ensure efficient and effective market penetration. Implement strategies that enhance the reach and availability of our products.
- Digital Presence: Collaborate with regional resources to ensure strong digital brand presence, enhancing customer engagement and brand awareness. Utilize digital platforms to communicate the unique benefits of Arla products.
- Organize and lead in selected product learning programs with customers
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to align on strategic objectives and drive business success. Ensure consistent communication and collaboration, building strong relationships based on trust and mutual benefit.
What will make you successful
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar higher level practical studies within the food industry.
- 5+ years of experience in FMCG and/or food service sales development, marketing, understanding of foodservice and/or retail key accounts operations.
- Fluent in Thai as well as English
- Strong leadership competencies resilient, independent and able to overcome challenges.
- Results driven with proven track record. High energy and engaging personality.
- Commercial acumen with strategic and creative thinking and problem solving skills.
