Marketing Analyst (m/f/d) - São Paulo, Brazil

We are currently looking for a Marketing Analyst for our Arla Foods Ingredients South America (AFISA) office in São Paulo, Brazil.

Arla Foods Ingredients (AFI) is a subsidiary of Arla Foods and is a leading whey ingredient supplier for early life nutrition, medical applications, sports nutrition and food applications. We are known for having the industry’s highest levels of quality, innovation, and food safety. AFISA was established more than two decades ago and has today 160 employees within various locations in Argentina, Brazil and Chile.

 

Marketing Analyst (m/f/d) São Paulo, Brazil

 

Key Responsibility

  • You develop campaign content for the food and sports nutrition industry through an efficient and effective combination of different channels.
  • You ensure relevance and consistency of messages across all channels (website, SEO, SEM, trade media, email marketing, events, PR, etc.) and will track KPI`s.
  • You execute on trade shows and customer events – digital, face-to-face or hybrid formats.
  • You plan and develop LinkedIn LATAM showcase page communications, feed activities on Trello and participate actively on editorial meetings.
  • You update and optimize LATAM websites (Spanish and Portuguese) according to regional promotions and global concepts.
  • You coordinate content translations (website, promotional materials, press releases, reports, etc.).
  • You support budget trackers, processing purchasing orders and manage the digital commercial library.

 

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor`s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related areas.
  • You have 1 to 3 years of relevant B2B experience. Food/food ingredients industry experience is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • A digital-first mindset is your go-to approach, using tools like LinkedIn ads, SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing (e.g. APSIS platform), webinar/video tools (e.g. TwentyThree) and others.
  • You are a strong communicator, a team player, flexible and able to work under pressure.
  • You have basic knowledge of graphic design and photo editing tools.
  • You are Fluent in Portuguese and English as you will be part of a global marketing team. Full professional Spanish is highly desirable to support activities across South America.
  • You have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
