HR & Recruitment Professional, Nijkerk

In this broad role you will be responsible for recruiting top talent for our offices in The Netherlands, Belgium and France. You will run the recruiting processes A-Z, acting as a Recruitment Business Partner throughout the entire organization. You will recruit professionals for all disciplines; Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, Finance, HR, Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations and more. Besides these daily operations, you will run projects that will further build our employer brand, ultimately increasing the quality or hire and reducing the time to hire. Also, to be able to proactively source the best candidates for our roles, you will have a LinkedIn Recruiter seat at your disposal.


As important as your recruitment efforts is your HR responsibility for our Foodservice organization. You will act as an HR Business Partner for the Global Foodservice team based in Aarhus, Denmark. You will be responsible for both strategic- as well as operational tasks related to our ambitious people agenda.


You will be part of our awesome HR team, based in Nijkerk, The Netherlands. You will spend about 60% of your time on Recruitment, and 40% on HR business partnering.


To sum it up, you will:


  • Source and attract top diverse talents;
  • Manage the full Recruitment Processes;
  • Partner with line managers;
  • Identify function specific talent needs;
  • Further strengthen our Employer Brand;
  • Deliver ad hoc support to our EU HR Leadership team with our annual HR processes;
  • Gathering & Utilizing HR Data;
  • Support cross boarder European projects;
  • Support the implementation of the wider people agenda, which could include competency development or talent management;
  • Assess candidates using Predictive Index and/or Hogan;
  • Actively source talent using LinkedIn Recruiter.


Your profile


You have a Bachelor or Master's degree in HR or a related field and 3 - 5 years of full life-cycle, various recruiting strategies and selection techniques. You have a solid track record in Talent Acquisition as well as experience as an HRBP in an international FMCG organization. You naturally partner with your business/ stakeholders and you’re able to work very independently. You are a self-starter and thrive in an organization that changes constantly. You have extensive ATS experience, preferably SuccessFactors. Also, you have experience interpreting assessment results, preferably PI and/ or Hogan assessments. You are willing to work at least 32 hrs a week and finally, you are fluent in Dutch and English.
