Customer Marketeer Convenience - Nijkerk

In this role, you will co-develop and execute short-term brand plans under guidance from, and in coorporation with, our Senior Commercial Manager Starbucks® NL. You’ll manage, deliver and evaluate specific implementation of annual brand plans/activities in line with business and global brand strategy. This includes development and implementation of key elements of the marketing mix, such as advertising, promotional campaigns, digital and shopper marketing. You’ll manage key brand tracking KPIs and implications as well as the Customer Marketing budget. Also, you’ll manage 'day-to-day' relationships with core (field) agencies. You’re the expert in the Convenience Channel, and you’ll build strong relationships with cross-functional teams within Arla Foods to ensure effective delivery of projects. Furthermore, you will:



  • Support Sales and Marketing with in depth category knowledge and translation to recommended actions, that allows them to make informed decisions to help them deliver their objectives;
  • Monitor and understand performance of category and channel sales (by using various data sources like Nielsen, GFK, SIS, 7Even, FSIN) to drive decisions and corrective actions for customer and Arla i.e. business case development, NPD rationale etc;
  • Generate new compelling shopper, point of fixture and/or consumer knowledge together with internal and external research specialists;
  • Develop and own Product Introduction Meeting (PIM) and create compelling trade sell in story.



Your qualifications



  • Your track record reflects 3-5 years’ experience with marketing/ customer marketing in an FMCG environment.
  • You have a relevant marketing- or business degree at Master’s level;
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • You are a self-starter with strong analytical skills.
