Than you might be the new colleague we are looking for as Project Manager in the packaging department at Rødkærsbro Dairy.
You will be a part of a team with four operational specialist and four team leaders. The department has 145 employees in total and has four subdepartments with 10 production lines . In your daily work, you will spend most of the time working with cross-functional project groups locally at Rødkærsbro Dairy and with colleagues from our headquarter in Viby J (Aarhus, Denmark).

How you will make an impact
As project manager you will take ownership of one of the main scopes of our production expansion project and take lead on delivering a new retail packaging line with end-to-end capabilities from processing semi-finished goods to customer fulfillment of a packed product. Further, you will be continuously working to develop our way-of-working with project deliverables.

- be leading CAPEX projects together with project groups and reference groups
- aligning requirement between Arla and suppliers
- making and evaluating technical requirement specifications
- supervise project budgets and resource plans
- creating and deliver business cases for possible future investments
This role will be organized in the packaging department at Rødkærsbro Dairy with great opportunity of hybrid workplace.

The ideal candidate has a natural approach to take ownership and responsibility of the projects or tasks at hand. The candidate strive to achieve the target while doing so in a structured and professional way. You have very good social- and communication skills and are able to build relations and commitment from a wide variety of colleagues from cross-functions. It is important you are decisive and take pride in prioritizing a high level of integrity.
In addition, we imagine that you:
- have a few years of experiences from project management or manufacturing specialist position, possibly at entry level.
- has a university degrees within engineering/technology or similar.
- have some experience with indirect leadership
- have great IT skills
- speaks and write English a professional/technical level

Key responsibilities
- Partly responsible for managing the constraints of the project, including cost, time, scope and quality of outcome.
- Manages project team members in a small/medium-scale project.
- Responsible for planning and management of projects to ensure that the specified project objectives are achieved to agreed specifications.

Educational background/Experience
- Documented experienced as a small/medium-scale project manager.
- Documented experience as a project team member in a large-scale project.
- One year of business management experience.
