Senior Business Development Manager Production CE

Location:  Home Office in Germany or Denmark

Do you have a track record of analyzing and delivering large capital projects (CAPEX) in / for a production or manufacturing environment? As part of our Business Development Unit we have a new position for a Senior Manager: Operational Excellence - Business Development & Strategy for our production sites in  Central Europe.

What does the role involve?

You are part of the Business Development Team for our Production sites in Central Europe and you will be in charge of translating Arla strategies & improvement ideas into tangible action plans. In this core role you evaluate strategic options, derive recommendations and accompany the implementation of the projects through collaboration with internal stakeholders.

You pick up market impulses, bring know-how on trend topics into the projects and actively and progressively shape the development of our continuous improvement culture.

You routinely present to stakeholder of all seniorities project results, and prepare complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the target group.

What are we looking for?

For this role, we expect that you come with at least 4 years of strategy consulting experience from an external management consulting firm, or you have relevant industry experience from a large FMCG company.

You have an educational background e.g. at a M.Sc. level.

As you have successfully managed large projects, you hold an excellent strategy consulting toolbox and have a structured approach to problem solving.

You enjoy promoting cross-site exchange between production sites and look in your next career step for an international business environment, where you can foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Furthermore, you are fluent in English, both verbally and in written and are open for regular travelling (c. 80%).

Finally, you possess strong presentation skills.
