In this new role you are brand responsible for a new brand portfolio. As our Brand Manager, you will develop and drive our local brand strategies and plans in cooperation and coordination with the global brand teams. By doing this successfully, you will contribute to deliver short- and long-term volume, turnover, profit and brand equity growth. Furthermore, you will:


  • Develop and own local brand plans (18-month horizon) within global guidelines;
  • Manage specific implementation of annual brand plans in line with business and global brand strategy. Includes recommendation and development of key elements of the marketing mix;
  • Support development of full marketing mix communication assets;
  • Support and evaluate brand activities managed by a local distribution partner;
  • Monitor and understand key brand tracking KPIs and implications;
  • Develop consumer insights against brands and categories;
  • Develop and lead close in brand line extension projects;
  • Build strong relationships with both cross-functional teams across Arla Foods marketing functions to ensure effective delivery of projects
  • Acts as internal champion and expert for brands and categories.



Your profile

You hold a MSc. in Marketing, Business Economics or similar and have as a minimum 2 years brand management experience. You have solid strategic and analytical skills combined with an entrepreneurial mindset. You’re a true business builder and love to work both strategic as operational. While doing so, you create constructive relationships with all relevant (international) stakeholders. Finally, you have strong communication and presentation skills, in French and English.
