Assistant Coordinator Food Service, Paris

In this new role, you own the administrative and coordination responsibilities within Food Service and work in collaboration with all members of the team. As our Assistant Coordinator, you provide the necessary day-to-day support to our Key Account Managers, in order to ensure a smooth execution and operational efficiency of our business with Chefs, wholesalers and famous key chains of restaurants!

Your responsibilities will be:

Administration & coordination (70%)

• Control and implement new tariffs & promotions into our system
• Monitor the efficient implementation of customers’ agreements & trade marketing budget for our wholesalers, independent restaurants and chains businesses
• Manage the administrative support requested by our customers (especially for chains and key customers), including providing Marketing documents when needed
• In charge of monthly sales statistics & declaration on customers’ extranet portals
• In charge of customer creations and responsible for coordinating customer operations with our Customer Service in Gdansk (Poland)

Sales & Marketing support (30%)

• Contribute to the sales relationship by email or by phone and to the guidance of prospects according to their needs
• Support the organisation of fairs and sales events
• Manage the sampling process to our customers and chef ambassadors
• Organize internal product testing sessions
• Update our product catalogue and create product technical sheets according to the process
• Support for translation & creation of sales pitch (newsletter, customer presentation…)

Your profile

You have 5 years of business experience as sales assistant, KAM assistant or in a customer service department and a proven ability to use Pack Office, Internet and administration tools. You are eager to give meaning to your work and to have a positive impact in a human-sized and entrepreneurial structure. You are organized and rigorous. A proven experience in FMCG and/or a good knowledge of the food industry would be appreciated. Finally, you can speak a business English sufficient to work occasionally with EU teams.
