Foodservice Sales Manager - Athens
Marousi, Athens, GR
As a Foodservice Sales Manager, you will play a key role in developing the local Foodservice business and lead implementation through appropriate allocation and deployment of sizeable resources. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and understanding what motivates Foodservice customers, ensuring long-term cooperation and profitability.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement annual sales plans to achieve unit and gross profit targets.
• Analyze market trends to drive business growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Arla Global Foodservice team
• Coach and lead the Foodservice sales team to meet annual/monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead the development and implementation of medium-term sales strategy across a channel, territories, product lines, market segments, an individual or a broader portfolio of customer accounts or distributors
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the foodservice industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership skills with significant experience (5+ years) in managing and motivating a sales team.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, sales management, or a related field.
