Territory Manager (Retail Account Executive) - Visayas Region

Arla Foods Corporation, is looking for a Key Account Executive for our Retail – Ambient category who have a wealth of experience that can make a significant contribution in driving this growth further. This high performing individual will specifically

handle 2  strategic important product categories – in both Ambient & Chilled in the supermarket channel.

Your Tasks

 

  • Leads the engagement alongside the distributor team on the negotiation and implementation of all Arla product initiatives including all distribution, displays, promotions and other brand building activities for the Arla Ambient & Chilled products

 

  • Coordinates all internal interfaces that are in contact with the distributor and customers and consequently ensures a comprehensive external service for both distributor and key accounts

 

  • Needs to have personal drive and ability to execute the entire sales and in-trade marketing initiatives to identified stakeholders

 

  • Be an active sparring partner of the Head of Sales to enable Arla to win within the store

 

  • Participates in the development of programs that can continuously develop and sustain store visibilities

 

  • Conducts and reports data analyses on assigned Arla Ambient & Chilled customers and products (e.g. offtake, customer category share, competitors) that will provide insights in achieving success in the business
  • Participates in establishing and overseeing internal budget with the company and external budget with the distributor and accounts. Responsible and accountable in ensuring the assigned budget is spent in the most cost-efficient way with the highest ROI

 

  • Works with logistics, managers, marketing, trade marketing, accounting and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of support and results are being produced and all client needs met

 

 

Your work experience

 

  • You have a business degree or relevant commercial experience

 

  • You have 3-5 years of professional experience in retail account management in supermarkets as well as relevant experience in working with distributors which is the primary distribution link in the said channel

 

  • You can work independently but demonstrates exceptional collaboration skills

 

  • You are results-driven, thrives in a dynamic work environment, able to create sound decisions and demonstrates ownership

 

  • You are passionate in delivering key initiatives while collaborating with your internal and external stakeholders

 

  • You can do thorough data analysis and confidently communicate results and insights for action planning
