Senior Commercial Data Analyst - Arla, Makati City

Arla Foods Corporation is looking for a Senior  Commercial Data Analyst who has a wealth of experience and can make a significant contribution to driving Arla Foods’ growth further.

The Senior Commercial Data Analyst will be primarily responsible for the data management and analysis of the commercial business units including but not limited to sales performance and other established commercial-related metrics.  This high performing individual will ensure that the data gathered will support the commercial team members in unfolding insights and support data-driven business decision making. 

Your tasks

• You will drive the data collection, visualization and analyzation, as well as reports automation for the commercial teams based on the available data both from directly-served accounts and distributor-served customers, including but not limited to
  • • Customer Service Level Report
    • Sales Reports and Dashboards
    • On-Shelf Availability
    • Category-specific sales reporting
    • Supports ad hoc requirements for joint business plans with accounts
• You will develop and maintain existing databases, sales data collection systems and data analytics to optimize generated reports
• You will champion a continuous improvement culture and promote efficiency across the organization by regularly reviewing and streamlining systems and processes

Your profile/Work experience

• You have 5-7 years of professional experience in an FMCG company specializing in data management and analytics which  includes data gathering from different sources, data analysis and translation into relevant commercial reports
• You can work independently but demonstrates exceptional collaboration and communications skills
• You are results-driven, thrives in a dynamic work environment, able to create sound decisions and demonstrates ownership

• You can do thorough data analysis and confidently communicate results and insights for action planning
• You have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Power BI and basis statistical analysis tools
• If you have a strong background in programming software such as R, Python, SQL, as well as knowledge of AI or ML tools, that will make you stand out!

• The role will directly report to the Head of Finance.
