Arla Foods Corporation, is looking for a Key Account Lead for our Food Service - QSR Category  who have a wealth of experience that can make a significant contribution in driving this growth further. This high performing individual will specifically contribute in growing Arla Pro’s performance range.

Your Tasks

  • Drives the growth of Arla Pro product portfolio with existing QSR accounts and develops strong business partnership with new customers, while supporting Arla’s Food Service global initiatives.

 

  • Develops strategies to gain insights from key customers and create and communicate comprehensive reports that identifies areas of opportunities

 

  • Proactively participates and contributes substantial inputs during sales planning and budget forecasting

 

  • Serves as the primary escalation contact for customers and is able to provide ethical, sound and sustainable solutions

 

  • Can be an active sparring partner of the Head of Food Service, and collaborates effectively across the business units to maintain excellent customer experience and enable Arla to win in the QSR Category

 

Your work experience

  • You have a degree in any food-related course including but not limited to Hotel and Restaurant Management, Nutrition and Food Technology
  • You have 3-5 years of sales and technical experience in the QSR industry
  • You demonstrate a solid understanding of the industry and its trends
  • You can work independently but demonstrates exceptional collaboration skills
  • You are results-driven, thrives in a dynamic work environment, able to create sound decisions and demonstrates ownership
  • You can do thorough data analysis and confidently communicate results and insights for action planning
