Food Service Key Account Manager, Manila

Because of these constantly recurring developments and new challenges on the market, we, as ARLA Foods Philippines, are looking for a Food Service Key Account Manager who, with his know-how and wealth of experience, can make a significant contribution to driving this growth further.

Your tasks


  • You take over the establishment and expansion of our presence in the area of quick service and full service
  • You have excellent relationship management in this area and deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in these channels
  • With the support of our internal departments, you develop concepts to develop customer relationships
  • You conduct business analyses (customers, markets, competitors) and derive optimization strategies
  • Development and implementation of strategic new business opportunities to further expand the customer
  • Coordination of all internal interfaces that are in contact with the customer and consequently ensuring a comprehensive external service
  • Monitoring of all key account activities and providing the information for all relevant parties
  • Establish and oversee internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
  • Work with logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met

Your profile

  • You have a business degree or relevant commercial training
  • You have 3-5 years of professional experience in key account management as well as relevant experience in the food service of an FMCG
  • You can work independently and bring teamwork
  • You bring independent working methods, negotiating skills and a high focus on results
  • Very good knowledge of English language and a corresponding level of willingness to travel
