Arla Foods Corporation is looking for a Finance Business Partner who will support management by providing robust financial analysis on business performance and strategies.

Your Tasks

• Delivers efficiently on standard financial tasks in a timely fashion based on direction from senior finance team members and with a low to medium level of support depending on the level of task complexity.
• Supports Head of Finance and Support Functions in providing financial reports and analysis on the following:
  • • Financial Planning and Reporting
      • Tracking actual spend versus budgets
      • Managing and monitoring accruals
      • Conducting financial simulations on new product development, marketing campaigns
      • Compiles data for forecasting and planning purposes
    • Compliance and Policy
      • Supporting compliance efforts related to supply chain regulations and transfer pricing policies
    • Process Improvement
• Ensures that policies and accounting guidelines are followed and that sound judgement on data quality is applied consistently.

• Runs standard reports from ERP systems to support analytical results and decision-making. Is able to slice and dice data as well as drill into data from reports to reveal patterns in data that are not directly visible.
• Prepares presentations for the senior finance team and the foundation for presentations to the senior management team.
• Has a good understanding of financial analytical models and tools and some practical experience in applying the relevant tools to various financial disciplines. Has a basic understanding of accounting principles and how they are applied in practice.

Your work experience

• You are a CPA holder and a graduate of an accounting, business, finance or economics degree or related courses

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis in an FMCG industry

• You have advanced proficiency in Excel and other reporting tools

• You have an experience working with Oracle NetSuite and SAP

• You enjoy working with data – from collection to analysis that will drive process optimization

• You can work independently but demonstrates exceptional collaboration and communications skills

• You are results-driven, thrives in a dynamic work environment, able to create sound decisions and demonstrates ownership

• You can do thorough data analysis and confidently communicate results and insights for action planning
