HR Master Data Co-ordinator - Leeds

You will be responsible for building strong ties across countries connecting the local payroll processing and administration to the wider global MDM team.

 

The role is based from Arla Head Office, Leeds UK.

 

Responsibilities

As HR Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist you will be the country expert responsible for maintaining all HR Master Data for local employees including Position and Organisational Management. You will support the business with Employee Lifecycle Data Management (ELDM) processes. You will ensure that all Master Data is maintained accurately by reviewing all changes to MDM for quality and accuracy, identifying and correcting errors and conducting regular audits. Providing feedback, coaching and training on local language, legislation and ways of working to your Global MDM counterparts.

 

You are analytical and proactive, liaising with local HRBPs to maintain an accurate country view of master data and organisation structure. Identifying anomalies and taking corrective actions in conjunction with the HRBP and People Managers.

 

You will be responsible for working with Global Process Maps; developing and maintaining local variations of these processes. Gathering local business requirements through your stakeholders and collaborating with Global MDM/HRIS on process improvements and simplification. In turn you will facilitate training sessions with HRBPs and People Managers to raise understanding of the system and processes both online and face to face, therefore travelling to sites will be an important part of your role.  On occasion, there may be a requirement to work unsocial hours to ensure People Managers on all shift patterns are supported.

 

As contact for the business in all master data country matters, you will actively take part in country and global projects, in addition to supporting acquisitions and dispositions as they arise. Liaising locally on required actions of organisation design and changes, you will collaborate with Global MDM in building and implementing changes as required.

 

Skills

To be successful in this role you will have experience of using SAP and Success Factors and preferably you will have specific experience within Human Capital Management (HCM).  It would be beneficial for you to have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and be comfortable using formulas and pivot tables. You will also have a great attention to detail.

You will be part of an organisational change and therefore must be willing to be part of a changing environment and have a global mindset in terms of Master Data.
