Talent Acquisition (TA) in Arla is responsible for recruitment, sourcing and selection, assessment for roles at all levels and functions. As a Talent Sourcing Consultant you will partner closely with the Talent Acquisition consultants in order to map and build up an external talent pipeline.

About You
You will have minimum 2 years’ experience as a resourcer or research consultant in a RPO, Recruitment Agency or Onsite Internal function. You will be upto date on current recruitment trends and have your finger on the pulse with cutting edge sourcing methods. The ideal candidate will be an expert in sourcing hard to find candidates within niche market sectors. You will also be familiar with traditional search methods such as Boolean searching and the use of jobs boards and linkedin.

The Role
You will support The Talent Acquisition consultants on new recruitment campaigns, helping to provide suitable candidates and insight into the marketplace. The role will also involve building talent pipelines, market mapping, careers events and assessment days.
