How you will make an impact

As our go-to expert for engineering recruitment, you’ll partner closely with HR, site leaders and hiring managers to deliver best-in-class hiring across all levels of engineering roles.

  • Use direct sourcing (headhunting, Boolean search) to uncover top talent in a competitive, skills-shortage market.
  • Design and deliver tailored assessment centres for Early Careers within Engineering and structured interview processes aligned to our values and role profiles.
  • Use data to track performance, report hiring trends, provide market insights that inform workforce planning, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring a student assistant and managing fluctuating vacancy loads across multiple sites.

What will make you successful

With prior experience in recruiting within engineering, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors, you will possess strong knowledge of various engineering profiles, including maintenance & engineering, process & automation, reliability, site services and utilities, energy and sustainability, project engineering, and engineering management.
