Decisiveness will help you make timely and effective decisions, ensuring the smooth operation of the supply chain.

 

Proficiency in SAP and IT literacy are essential for managing and optimising supply chain processes. Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills will enable you to build and maintain effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, having strong people management skills is vital for leading and developing your team.

 

Experience in the FMCG sector is highly valuable, as it provides you with the industry-specific knowledge needed to excel in this role. Familiarity with lean methodologies would be an added benefit, helping you drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
