How you will make an impact
By enhancing operational efficiency through careful analysis of performance data and implementing improvements. By optimizing resources and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, I will ensure effective collaboration. Additionally, I will focus on clear communication and prompt issue resolution to drive seamless operations and achieve our shared objectives.
- Chairing 30/60/90 meetings, in order to review KPIs and align future plans
- Monitoring and analysing results/KPIs, taking corrective action to ensure improvement, balancing availability against waste
- Reviewing datasets to provide clarity of challenges & possible improvements that could be made
- Providing proactive solutions & co-ordinating with Commercial & Supply Chain teams to ensure effective problem resolution
- Proactive management of communications of any service issues ensuring alignment and any actions are then undertaken
- Working effectively as part of ASDA & ARLA supply chain teams, to support the joint goals of on-shelf availability and management of waste
- Key event management with a specific focus on delivering for customers/consumers at key trading periods (Christmas/Easter etc.)
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues in Arla & ASDA
What will make you successful
As an effective communicator you will be able to build strong and effective relationships with a number of internal and external stakeholders from a range of different departments including Sales, Supply Planning and Logistics. You will be able to make sound judgements under pressure and will be able to act decisively, making considered decisions using all available data. With a high level of understanding of short term collaborative forecasting & CPFR Processes you will also look for opportunities to deliver continuous improvement. Must be proficient in Microsoft applications including a high level of understanding and expertise in Excel.
