How you will make an impact
- Drive the Program Engine: Keep NGM running like clockwork by coordinating a multi-stream program across six core marketing capabilities. Manage workflows, timelines, and stakeholders across global and local teams, ensuring content hits the mark and moments feel well-orchestrated. Help evolve the learning experience at two levels: Skills for All and Skills for Experts, ensuring we grow capability in the right places at the right depth.
- Turn Strategy into Stories: Own and energize the NGM Communications Mix, from our punchy monthly newsletter to quarterly broadcasts and internal teasers that inspire action. Build presentations and content that land with clarity and spark, turning marketing theory into action. Curate and update the Growth Academy SharePoint portal, managing the backend while keeping the front-end sleek and user-friendly.
- Be the Glue Between People & Progress: Activate and manage our stakeholder engagement plan, empowering the Consumer Intelligence Team, NGM Network, and NGM Capability Leads to influence through others and scale capability across markets. Liaise with agency partners to co-develop brilliant content and training assets that reflect the spirit and stretch of NGM. Partner with local marketing teams to amplify momentum and help capability leads focus on delivering transformational work.
What will make you successful
You’re a systems thinker with creative flair, a person who thrives in the engine room and lights up when bringing structure to chaos. You're curious, proactive, and not afraid to ask, "What if we did it better?"
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, capability building, project coordination or program management (bonus if in a global or matrixed setup).
- Strong project management skills and a natural ability to herd the crowd
- Great communicator, both in writing and visually, with an eye for simplifying complexity into powerful messages.
- Hands-on with tools like PowerPoint, SharePoint, and learning platforms. You’re not afraid of a bit of backend admin or getting into the detail.
- Ideally, a background or interest in marketing effectiveness, creative development or learning design.
- A degree-level education
- And lots of curiosity.
