Digital Performance Executive - Leeds

Arla UK have established and are looking to grow our internal agency capabilities in Leeds. With this in mind we are now recruiting for a Digital Performance Executive in order to support our strategic digital campaigns and drive the performance of our branded campaigns through our performance media channels (including Ecommerce retailer platforms). This newly created role will be critical in helping to build activity that delivers a conversion based focus of all digital activity, enabling our brand marketing teams to maximize consumer engagement and conversion.


About the role:


As the Digital Performance Executive, you will take on a role that includes; supporting the digital strategic leads to develop campaign solutions, managing PPC activity across brands and delivering performance campaigns on the CitrusAd platform (which sits on retailer partner sites, such as Sainsburys and Tesco), as well as managing the optimization of campaigns and reporting of activity back into the business. Your role will be critical to facilitating the longer term marketing strategy of consumer journey mapping through to a conversion and supporting brand growth throughout the UK.


You will plan, build and deliver performance marketing plans, on behalf of the Digital Marketing Managers associated to each brand, ensuring that the campaign is fully optimized and delivered efficiently to an agreed budget.


Overall your responsibilities will include: 


  • Supporting the strategic planning team
  • Managing performance campaigns on key channels (PPC, CitrusAd and retailer ecommerce sites)
  • Optimizing all activity to drive consumer conversion and brand engagement
  • Work collaboratively with all departments, such as, brand marketing teams, Digital Marketing Managers, the Barn creative team and Digital buying colleagues
  • Develop an understanding of innovations within each channel and how best Arla UK can utilize the opportunity for brand success 
  • Constantly communicate with key stakeholders to ensure efficient campaign delivery
  • Build strong relationships with key agency partners


The type of person:


This position requires someone who is well organized and self-motivated, comfortable in working through hard deadlines and across multiple departments. It is therefore important that you possess great communication and planning skills as well as the ability to interpret campaign data and a real willingness to learn.


You will bring: 


  • A ‘can do’ attitude with a desire to succeed
  • Experience of digital performance campaign development and execution  -  PPC campaigns a must with the ability to articulate optimization opportunities
  • Excel experience is essential and any media dashboard experience would be advantageous, such as Google Data Studio
  • Experience in Google Analytics
  • The ability to understand and deliver against briefs with confidence
  • An understanding of the digital media landscape and key advertising channels within it
  • An ability to interpret and report on campaign performance
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
