Customer Service Coordinator - Leeds

We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Coordinator to work within our Customer Service team based at our head office in Leeds. Within this role you will be responsible for the delivery of customer order satisfaction and accurate, on time service related information both internally and externally. The role is Monday - Sunday with a full weekend shift every 3 weeks. Hours range from 5am-5pm on a shift rotation.

 

Responsibilities

 

Within this role you will be the first point of contact in the business for order satisfaction and service related information. You will ensure that all orders are processed accurately within the agreed parameters whilst supporting the Customer Service Team when dealing with all aspects of order satisfaction.

 

Developing a greater understanding of customer requirements and building collaborative working relationships internally with the commercial team, you will also liaise closely with external bodies such as the retailers, foodservice groups, dairies and credit control. You will perform timely administration in accordance with departmental procedures to ensure consistent and accurate internal and external reporting to meet measured targets in terms of calls processed, data input accuracy, and issue logging. Furthermore you will proactively look for opportunities to improve processes and ways of working in order to meet and exceed customer expectations.

 

Skills

 

To be successful in this role you will have experience in a customer service environment and will be familiar with order management processes. You will be confident in terms of managing your own work-load and will have excellent communication skills that help you build relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Your strong analytical skills allow you to draw key insights from data and help you to spot trends. Finally you will be comfortable using a range of different systems including Microsoft Office, SAP (Excel, Word & Powerpoint).
