Customer Collaboration Planner - Leeds

Arla Foods are looking to recruit a Customer Collaboration Planner to join our thriving Customer Collaboration team, working hybrid from our head office in Leeds. In this role you will report to the Customer Collaboration Team Leader. This is a collaborative role which will focus on maintaining our key customer satisfaction by providing supply chain customer service and delivering supply chain improvement for mutual benefit. Please note that this role will require a significant amount of travel to spend time with the customer and so flexibility will be required.

 

Responsibilities

•Some of your key responsibilities in this role will include:

•Developing and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues in Arla & our customers, representing Arla professionally throughout

•Chairing 30/60/90 meetings, in order to review KPIs and align future plans

•Monitoring and analysing results/KPIs, take corrective action and ensure improvement, balancing availability against stock holding and waste

•Reviewing and making recommendations, regarding Customer Collaboration task allocation between teams

•Providing proactive solutions for our customers & co-ordinating with Commercial & Supply Chain teams to ensure problem resolution

•Proactive management of communications of any service issues to the customer

•Working effectively as part of the demand and customer teams, to support team members to ensure the team goals are achieved

•Providing key customer insights to support Arla decision making

•Alignment of short term forecasts with customer systems

 

 Skills

As an effective communicator you will be able to build strong and effective relationships with a number of internal and external stakeholders from a range of different departments including Sales, Supply Planning and Logistics. You will be able to make sound judgements under pressure and will be able to act decisively, making considered decisions using all available data. With a high level of understanding of short term collaborative forecasting & CPFR Processes you will also look for opportunities to deliver continuous improvement. Must be proficient in Microsoft applications including a high level of understanding and expertise in Excel.
