Quality Coordinator, Maternity Cover - Krusaa Dairy

Join Krusaa Dairy – a highly modern and technological dairy, placed in the southern part of Denmark. The diary employs 200 colleagues and produces 28,500 tons of white cheese each year.


We’re looking for a dedicated Quality Coordinator/Specialist to join the QEHS (Quality, Environment, Health & Safety) department at Krusaa Dairy by 1st July (at the latest). In this role, you can combine a technology background with your passion for food safety and a strong quality mindset. About the job


Your most important task is to secure that our food safety and quality control system and standards are always up-to-date – never compromising food safety and aiming at always delivering the best quality to our customers.


Together with your fellow quality coordinator, you will be working in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and across functions where quality and customer service are high on the agenda, as you e.g.:


  • Maintain our food safety and quality control system
  • Implement and continuously improve internal and external standards
  • Act as gate keeper for new knowledge and integrate into existing quality control system
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Review and adjust product specifications
  • Handle customer and market demands
  • Support complaint handling and troubleshooting in cross-functional teams using LEAN tools
  • Contribute to quality associated projects


Experienced and technically minded profile to secure a safe production environment


The ideal candidate for this position has:


  • A degree in food/dairy technology, biotechnology, chemistry or the like
  • Solid experience from the food industry
  • Thorough understanding of HACCP systems and quality assurance
  • Strong Office 365 and IT system competencies as you will work with a range of quality systems in your daily work, including SAP
  • Fluent oral and written competencies in English and Danish


To succeed in the role, it is important that you easily navigate in a complex environment with a large product portfolio, work structured and self-organised on complex tasks, live behaviour-based food safety and are acknowledged as a quality expert. Most importantly, you are a fast learner and thrive in an independent role.
