Finance Business Partner - Krusaa and Hoegelund

Do you have a business and financial mindset to create value and growth for Arla production sites? And can you provide the Site Director and management team with strategic financial advice and sparring?

If so, you might be our new Finance Business Partner for our two sites in Krusaa and Hoegelund.

Organisational, you will  be part of an experienced business partner team in DK and report to the Senior Finance Manager for the production group DK Export (Hoegelund) and a dotted line to the Senior Finance Manager in the DK Domestic group (Krusaa).  On top you will be a full member of the leadership teams both sites.

How you will make impact

As our new Finance Business Partner, you will have the overall responsibility for the financial performance of Krusaa and Hoegelund production sites. You will play a pivotal role in addressing the key strategic challenges and shaping directions for our two dairies. In this role it will be your task to develop and challenge performance and processes, contributing to the overall success of our production. It will also be your responsibility to implement best practices and provide necessary facts, analysis, and business cases, ultimately shaping an efficient production environment. Additionally, you will be the key person in establishing clarity and consistency between the finance organization and the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Communicate actual and future performance throughout the organization to ensure clarity and one view on the financial performance of the site.
• Analyse and support the future site performance, driving improvements, and identifying continuous growth opportunities.
• Full P&L responsibility for  Krusaa and Hoegelund.
• Acts as one ultimate owner of numbers: Ensures updated forecasts, transparency and consistency in numbers to enable effective and forward-looking performance dialogue  
• Act as the primary point of contact between support functions and critical business functions, offering trusted financial guidance and direction

In this role, you will enjoy close cooperation with your colleagues at the sites and global organisation and actively participate in projects, analyses, performance management, best practices, and other relevant tasks. You will have your daily routines at the Krusaa and Hoegelund dairy and with 1-2 days a month in Viby, Aarhus with your team.

What will make you successful

To be a right fit for this position, we believe that you have a degree in economics and/or previous experience as a Finance Business Partner or business Controller. Manufacturing finance is an advantage as well is knowledge of SAP and Business Warehouse Solutions . We expect that you are experienced in Microsoft Office is expected and that you are fluent in Danish and English.
