Channel Strategy:
- Embed relevant channel strategies into the sales organization, creating clear annual plans by customer to drive sales, net revenue, and SBRG growth.
Data Analysis:
- Handle ad-hoc analytical tasks, such as forecasting promotional volume lifts and developing business cases.
- Develop and implement best practices for utilizing various market and category data sources, including identifying key areas for investment.
Execution Plans:
- Translate strategies into execution plans, developing toolkits for category ranging, space, pricing, and promotions, based on globally defined brand principles.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and local distributors to refine category strategies.
- Independently manage significant ad-hoc category projects.
