Brand Manager - International Distributor Sales, Copenhagen (Maternity cover)

Join our international team and work with world-class global brands like Lurpak, Arla, Milex, and Castello. We are looking for an enthusiastic Spanish-speaking brand manager who will deliver strong brand plans for a cluster of emerging markets


The Distributor Sales organization oversees various global markets with a dedicated team of colleagues collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Logistics & Operations, and Product Management. Latin America is a key focus for us, experiencing strong growth across our brands. Milex, our leading brand in the region, offers high-quality, affordable nutrition for all life stages. With over 30 years of heritage and a wide product range, Milex is a staple in many homes throughout Latin America.

 

How you will make an impact

As part of your role, you will be responsible for various marketing tasks and duties on both a strategic and operational level. This will involve collaborating with local and global colleagues across different functions, as well as external distributor partners and agencies. You will play a leading role in implementing global brand strategies locally and identifying new opportunities.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drive go-to-market execution and ensure implementation of global brand strategy with local distributor teams.
  • Inspire and provide direction to colleagues internally and externally in distributor organizations.
  • Develop and implement the medical marketing strategy for healthcare professionals through the local medical structure.
  • Own the product launch process, including creating compelling storytelling for trade presentations.
  • Manage paid media execution, generate local consumer insights, and conduct sell-out and category analysis to inform brand strategy and identify opportunities for growth.

Given the time difference between you and your key stakeholders in Latin America, the role necessitates some flexibility in work hours. The position is a 12-month maternity cover.

 

What will make you successful

We imagine that you have:

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management within consumer goods or medical marketing (medical marketing experience preferred).
  • Proficiency in utilizing the full marketing mix, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing.
  • A strong ability to build relationships and engage with key stakeholders quickly.
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on flawless execution in fast-paced environments.
  • Native or highly proficient in Spanish, with fluent English communication skills.

Someone who excel in building relationships and alongside your global mindset, you enjoy working with diverse cultures and building strong relationships with stakeholders.As an experienced marketeer, you have a commercial mindset and experience with developing communication and the fundamentals of brand building. Lastly, you have a strong ability to prioritize tasks, ensuring quality and timely delivery even in fast-paced environments.
