Export Sales Facilitator - Sluseholmen

Are you ready to leave your mark on the International Distributor Sales organization, and do you want to develop Arla’s business prospects within a highly commercial Distributor Sales region? We are looking for a new Export Sales Facilitator to join our office in Sluseholmen, Copenhagen to support our business on selected markets within the Latin American market cluster.  


About the job


Your main task will be to support daily sales and provide customer support for the distributor business in your market portfolio and to ensure adherence to short and long-term customer agreements. You will coordinate daily and weekly business routines with customers and serve minor accounts and markets individually in alignment with the P & L responsible managers. We will also see you in close contact and in problem solving towards customers, e.g. provide co-ordination and point of contact to customers to resolve issues such as pricing and quality issues. We therefore expect you to ensure professional management of customer inquiries - from receipt of inquiry to final feedback to the customer – and coordination and collection incl. shipment of samples / new items. 


About  you


You are a person who thrives with working in a structured and logical manner and enjoys creating order and detail where ever it is required. You naturally love complexity and in a market with huge growth potential you manage ambiguity calmly and patiently. You are outgoing, proactive and a good communicator both written and verbally.


You have strong experience in similar FMCG export sales roles, commerce or an equivalent area, e.g. in supply chain or logistics. Moreover, you are comfortable maneuvering in an international and multi-cultural setting where the social, cultural and working standards are quite different from what you are used to. This calls for personal integrity and a strong sense of occasion combined with the ability to interpret different cultures.


You must be proficient in written and spoken English while knowledge of Spanish comes in handy. Finally, you have good financial and IT skills.
