At Arla, we are seeking someone who wants to drive our Jönköping dairy into the future – with a focus on operational excellence, sustainability, workplace wellbeing, innovation and teamwork. At Jönköping Dairy we produce fresh milk, milk with extended shelf life, our lacto-free assortment, cream and sour milk to our customers all over Sweden. We are also growing internationally and export Swedish milk to the Dutch, German and UK markets.
How you will make an impact
As Site Director, you will be responsible for leading the whole site, which is part of Arla Foods’ Fresh Cluster organization. You will be taking the lead on the collaboration with our logistics organisation including warehouses and transportation. You will play a central part in leading and inspiring our committed employees. Together with your leadership team, you will ensure we achieve our customers’ expectations and our own goals in health & safety, delivery reliability, quality, and finance. You will be a visible and approachable leader, fostering an inclusive and supportive work environment where different ideas and perspectives matter.

More specifically, you:
- Lead and develop a team of talented leaders in production, maintenance, safety, quality, CAPEX and continuous improvement.
- Be a role model for our workplace health and safety culture, actively driving initiatives in these areas.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues in logistics, sales, and other parts of Arla – both nationally and internationally.
- Help shape our long-term strategy and contribute to the future of the site and to the Fresh Cluster Sweden.
What will make you successful
You have a university degree within food, engineering, or equivalent, and several years’ of leadership experience. You are confident in change management, ideally with experience from development projects or organizational transformations. You have a solid understanding of production and supply chain, and are used to working in larger, international organizations. Favourably, you have documented experience with LEAN tools and Six Sigma methodology and you communicate effortlessly in English and Swedish.
As a person, you are attentive, engaged, and clear in your communication. You enjoy collaborating, creating engagement to drive results, and building strong relationships – both internally and externally.
