Trainee in HR – Summer Internship - Gdansk

How you will make an impact

As a Trainee, you become a crucial member of HR Shared Service Center in Arla – a unique place where you can learn a wide variety of HR processes, including recruitment back-office support, onboarding, learning, performance, masterdata management, mobility and more. We support our Arla colleagues with HR-related questions and work closely with HR teams around the world to deliver HR operations.

Specifically, you will:

Support our team by executing daily HR operations
Perform data checks and corrections to ensure high quality of HR data
Work with colleagues globally to help Arla people with HR-related questions, tasks and systems
Take part in internal trainings, workshops, initiatives where you can learn about HR processes and tasks

What will make you successful

We are looking for motivated candidates who are keen to develop their careers within HR. In order to thrive in this role, a collaborative mindset and a strong customer service orientation are essential.

Furthermore, you are:

Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
Willing to learn about HR processes and systems
Detail oriented and focused on quality
Proficient in MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) – would be a plus
