How you will make an impact

Two years ago, a dedicated team was established in Gdansk with the goal of enhancing support for our farmer owners (members). The main responsibilities of a Trainee is to provide timely and effective front-line and operational support to our 8000+ farmer owners in 7 European countries (Denmark, Sweden, Great Britain, Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium and The Netherlands).


Specifically, you will:

  • Verify documentation based on established guidelines and standards, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Maintain master data to ensure up-to-date and reliable information on our farmers and their operations.
  •  Support the administration of quality assurance programs connected with sustainable farming, contributing to the advancement of environmentally-friendly practice.
  •  Establish strong relationships and foster trust with our farmers,
  • Contribute to the growth of our knowledge library by creating informative how-to guides and resources.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks on a daily basis.

 

What will make you successful

  • Fluency in English  (both spoken and written).
  • Ability to manage and effectively prioritize complex tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Experience in dealing with documentation – nice to have.
  • Proficiency in German, Dutch, Danish, Swedish, or French languages – nice to have.
