Trainee - Business Change Manager

How you will make an impact

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience with a global FMCG company with an ambitious business strategy. You will be part of the Platforms Agile Release Train, which is responsible for leading the company's journey towards becoming more data-driven through the use of technology. As a Trainee, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by utilizing your change & communication skills and performing many interesting tasks.

 

Specifically, you will:

  •  Help with managing our newsletter and Sharepoint pages
  •  Find the good stories and create articles or other forms of communication
  •  Prepare PowerPoint presentations
  •  Perform many other Change Management tasks

 

What will make you successful:

To be successful in this position, you should be highly motivated, enjoy taking on new challenges and be capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

We are looking for candidates who have completed or are studying a relevant bachelor's or master's degree.

 

Further, we are looking for candidates who:

  •  Are fluent in English (both written and spoken)
  •  Have excellent communication skills
  •  Have experience working with MS PowerPoint
  •  Have an interest in technology and how to become more digital
  •  Can work independently while also collaborating effectively with others
