We are looking for a talented and experienced profile that can take the role as Quality Assurance manager for one of our strategic programs (Agile Release Train) in Arla. Quality Assurance in an Agile setup

You will join one of our largest agile programs as a QA Manager and work with the project teams to set the direction for how we work with Quality Assurance when developing our new solutions.

We are working very close to the business in Arla in cross-functional scrum teams where business needs and IT solutions are matched to provide the greatest value to Arla. We are a multi-national, multi-functional and very dedicated team working truly agile according to the SAFe framework.
 

Create the future of dairy via setting the direction for quality assurance

As a QA Manager for the Commercial Agile Release Train your key focus will be to set the direction for how teams work with QA and testing, help ensure the necessary capabilities are in place and coach the team to master this discipline in an agile environment.
 

Your primary tasks will be:

• Enable and Implement  the QA and testing approach applied for the program in your project team and ensure it’s aligned with the Program’s test strategy
• Drive the QA and testing approach set for the train with respect to functional system itegration and provide valuable inputs  to teams  to ensure its fit for purpose
• Coach and train the team members in the needed QA processes and tools
• Own and Monitor the overall system testing plan and QA and drive the actions to improve where needed
• Guide the automation team to ensure the right level of test automation is done for updating regression suites
   

Experienced manager with focus on quality

You are an experienced Test or QA manager with a strong understanding of the agile test and QA practices. You have +3 years of experience from a similar role and used to working with different platforms and technologies. This allows you to guide the teams and ensure they follow the structured QA approach and align with the needs of the team.  Experience from the SAP or Azure platform is a clear advantage and so is knowledge of TestRail and Tosca.
 

You need to have prior experience with the agile culture and mind-set. You are a strong leader and a team player with excellent cooperation and communication skills specially in English. You thrive in managing your stakeholders and have a personal drive to  succeed – together with others.
