Team Leader - Farmers Support

About the Job:
As the Team Leader, you will drive continuity of operations, ensuring the team is well motivated and understands their responsibilities. You will be responsible for operational stability, aligning team activities with department and company goals, and supporting the execution of strategic objectives. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships and trust with our members and key stakeholders to create a high-performing support team. To succeed in this role you should continuously challenge existing ways of working, identify opportunities, and support business development potentials.


Specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • leading a team of MR Support Agents who handle CE and UK farmers’ inquiries on a daily basis providing quality, accurate and timely support
  • driving and delivering on the people agenda
  • developing operational plans and setting day-to-day team objectives
  • collaborating with markets and MR Operations team to collate and review data, turning it into insights for a great farmer experience
  • building strong relationships with market leads, providing constructive challenges to drive harmonization and standardization
  • overseeing the smooth implementation of new technology across MR Operations, maximizing value creation and eliminating manual inputs and duplication
  • role modelling continuous improvement mindset, initiating and implementing improvements in ways of working within your area of responsibility
  • keeping process documentation up to date and facilitating knowledge sharing within other functional units
  • ensuring compliance with external regulatory requirements, internal control standards, and group compliance policy.

Most likely, you also have:

  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience
  • education at academy level, BA or MA
  • strong communication and people management skills
  • deep knowledge and understanding supported by practice in process improvement, alignment and standardization (lean mindset)
  • customer-oriented approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • proficiency in English and digital tools - is essential
  • proficiency in one of CE languages: German, Dutch or French – will be an advantage
  • experience with system implementation / process transition /project leading – will be an adventage
  • a global mindset with a curious and adaptable approach is highly valued
