How you will make an impact

In our Talent Acquisition team, you'll have the opportunity to plan and execute impactful projects, contributing to Arla's identity as an employer of choice. At the forefront of candidate experience, your role is more vital than ever.

Your primary responsibility will be to source, recruit, and select the best possible candidates for Arla IT  – expanding the database of potential candidates, supporting colleagues in a team, and helping hiring managers find the best IT Talent for their teams.

 Your tasks would also include:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
• Pro-active search of IT candidates via various methods (LinkedIn Recruiter license available)
• Cooperation with career offices, job portals
• Daily cooperation with internal departments
• Active work on brand visibility
• Handling internal and external communication via digital and social media tools

What will make you successful

• 3 years of experience in recruitment (end – to – end process)
• Sourcing experience in IT, speakers (Danish, Finish, German)
• Very good English skills, written as well as spoken
• Educational background in areas such as psychology, journalism, management, linguistics, marketing, sociology
