As a Information Security Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' information systems. You will work closely with senior consultants and contribute to projects related to cloud security, network security, IAM, and data protection.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with senior consultants to assess and identify security vulnerabilities in our IT system landscape.
• Assist in the design and implementation of security measures for cloud-based environments.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of network security protocols and configurations.
• Support IAM, Network, Cloud security initiatives by implementing counter measures
• Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of data protection measures, including encryption and data loss prevention.
Technical Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with cloud security principles and best practices (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with network security concepts, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.
• Basic knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
Other Requirements:
• Understanding of data protection and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) is a plus but not a must
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred Skills/ It is a strong plus if you have:
- Microsoft /CISCO certifications
- Project Management skills, both in Waterfall and/or Agile (SAFe)
- Understanding the business in a holistic way
