How you will make an impact

As a Specialist in Tool Management & Data Governance, you will work closely with IT and business stakeholders to implement and govern data management tools and systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring data compliance and optimizing tool usage.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Maintain existing and implement new processes and guidelines around our well-established governance framework for Microsoft Power BI 
• Manage the lifecycle of data governance tools and ensure alignment with business needs
• Maintain existing and implement new processes and guidelines within our well-established governance framework for Microsoft Power BI
• Collaborate closely with IT Operations regarding governance topics
• Collaborate with teams to optimize data tool efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide training and support to end-users on data governance tools

In this role, you'll have the chance to leverage your analytical skills and attention to detail to drive improvements in data governance tool management. Your strong communication skills will be essential in collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Moreover, we imagine you:

• Are passionate about data and analytics with a good understanding of IT
• Have experience with self-service analytics tools, such as Microsoft Power BI
• Experience with broad Data Catalogues  like Collibra is a plus
• Hold high-level know-how about BI Applications like Power BI;
• Familiarity with SQL databases and Azure applications
• Have experience in developing flow charts, process descriptions, and guideline documentation
• Have a good understanding of business processes and how businesses work with data and self-service analytics tools
• Possess excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Exhibit a positive ‘can-do’ mindset and the ability to prioritize assignments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Can drive your area of responsibility and work in a structured manner
• Speak and write English effortlessly
