Based in Gdansk, you will join the Platforms team within the IT Solutions department. The Platforms team serves as the Center for Enablement for Data & Analytics at Arla, tasked with providing advisory on data and analytics setup as well as enhancing platform capabilities. By leveraging a wide range of technologies, from low-code platforms to advanced pro-code environments, we shape, prototype, and validate AI solutions that directly impact business outcomes.

How You Will Make an Impact

As a Solution Consultant - GenAI, you will play a key role in developing generative AI pilots that drive innovation and unlock value for the organization. Your technical expertise will ensure the seamless implementation and testing of solutions, as well as their integration with existing data platforms.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement generative AI pilots using both low-code and pro-code tools.
• Evaluate and select appropriate GenAI technologies for innovation projects.
• Collaborate with data engineers to manage data preparation and integration for AI solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and document learnings for future adoption.
• Ensure technical viability, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards.

Desired Skills and Competencies:

Functional Skills:

• Hands-on experience with generative AI solutions (e.g., Copilot, Azure AI).
• Proficiency in Python or other relevant programming languages.
• Experience with low-code and pro-code GenAI platforms.
• Knowledge of GenAI architecture patterns, including RAG, Content Understanding, and Agents.
• Strong data engineering and integration skills.

Personal Competencies:

• Technical curiosity and self-driven learning.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on team success.
• Resilience and adaptability in solving open-ended problems.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in AI solution development, preferably including GenAI.
• Familiarity with both low-code and high-code environments.
• Proven track record in tech-driven pilot and innovation projects.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
