Senior Product Owner - IT End-user computing

Arla is looking for a Product Owner to join the End-user Team in Digital Services & Infrastructure Agile Release Train. The team interacts with a wide range of stakeholders delivering various end-user solutions towards Arlas customers and vendors.

About the job

We are looking for a value driven and proactive Product Owner, with a high focus on deliverables and bringing value to the business and responsible for setting the direction for our solutions. You will be working in a complex stakeholder environment, spanning different cultures. Thus, you have great facilitation skills and thrive engaging with people of different cultures and from various backgrounds

 

Specifically, your responsibilities include:

  • Having close collaboration with the teams to ensure the approach always bring Minimum Viable Product to the Business Owners
  • Proactively contributing to the build / maintenance of the roadmaps for the end-user computing area.
  • Collaboration with the Product Management and Business Owner on setting the direction for the End-user area.
  • Participating in team meetings –daily scrum, iteration planning and bring continuous improvement to the team and ways of working
  • Engaging and ensuring alignment to the Business Owners through stakeholder management
  • Helping the team to produce high value products
  • Monitoring and reporting progress through demos and interaction
  • Forecasting follow-up and updates

 

To be successful in the role, you:

  • Have experience with developing solutions that improves the end user experience when engaging our IT operations
  • Are focused and persistent on achieving goals by the ability to ensure the teams, product owners, program management team and business have a great collaboration.
  • Have a degree within IT
  • Are creative and having the ability to help the team to develop innovative solutions
  • Have an experience in working in similar area would be a plus
  • Are comfortable with learning new technologies and challenging things for the better
  • Have good communication skills - you have easy dialogue, both verbally, in writing and visually with stakeholders
  • Have experience with IT program/project management from previous  jobs
  • Have experience Working in an agile setup – preferably SAFe would be a plus
  • Are experienced with people management – it would be a plus
  • Speak and write English effortlessly
