Senior M365 Specialist - Gdansk

Then our Microsoft 365 team is for you – says Simon Wallerand.  We are Digital Services & Infrastructure, part of Arla IT Solutions in Gdansk, who manages modern technologies enabling the employees to work smarter with digital tools. We work primarily with Microsoft 365 technologies.

How you will make an impact

You will join the Microsoft 365 team in Digital Services and Infrastructure, consisting of a a Product Owner, a Scrum Master and several Microsoft 365 specialists. The team is responsible for exploring new Microsoft 365 features and tools, improving the digital collaboration and experience, but also enhances the Zero Trust Maturity Model and drives standardization in a complex world.

As a M365 senior specialist, you will have specific tasks related to improving digital collaboration, delivering solutions, reducing our environmental impact, and providing guidance to colleagues

Specifically, you will:

• Explore new Microsoft features/tools including AI to enhance digital collaboration and user experience.
• Provide expertise and delivering solutions in M365 and Collaboration Services.
• Enhance Power Platform governance for citizen developers and empower them.
• Reduce Arla's CO2 footprint by leveraging sustainable features in M365.
• Actively participate in agile ceremonies for effective collaboration.
• Act as a trusted advisor to IT Operations and Security.
• Mentor less experienced colleagues for their professional development.

What will make you successful 

You are a Senior, can drive your own initiatives and are self-organized, have experience with complex business processes,

Furthermore, you have:

• A strong technical knowledge in Microsoft 365 technologies, including Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint, Viva Engage, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft OneDrive, and Microsoft Purview. You don’t need to know them all but at least 2-3 is a must.
• Mindset focused on security, user experience, innovation, and sustainability.
• Experience in coordinating complex deliveries and system environments, preferably in a "Scaled Agile Framework" context.
• Strong business process understanding: You have a deep understanding of business processes, enabling you to engage in meaningful dialogue with business owners and stakeholders, and effectively communicate in their language.
• Curiosity and technical mindset: You have a natural curiosity and a desire to learn. With your technical mindset, you can translate IT solutions into real-life implementations and understand their impact.
• Embracing challenges: You enjoy taking on new challenges and have a "can-do attitude" that drives you to find solutions and overcome obstacles.
• Nice to have skills:
• Familiarity with other mail services such as Sendgrid or Apsis (or similar tools) for email marketing and mass mailing solutions, as well as DMARC for mail security would an advantage
