Senior HR Professional - SSC Reporting and Process Automation - Gdansk

Join our OneHR Service Excellence team and play a key role in driving smarter, leaner, and more automated ways of working in HR SSC. We’re looking for a solution-oriented professional who enjoys working with data, tools, process improvement, and stakeholder collaboration to support operational excellence.

As part of Arla’s HR Shared Service Center (HR SSC), you’ll drive the development of automation and reporting tools that enable smarter decision-making and improve efficiency.

Working with technologies like Power BI and Power Automate, you’ll design solutions that streamline HR SSC processes and shape how we work with data and automation across the team.

How you will make an impact

• Shape the structure and direction of HR SSC’s reporting and automation portfolio, ensuring it is lean, value-adding, and aligned with business needs
• Lead the design and development of new automation and business intelligence solutions, using tools like Power BI, Power Automate, VBA, and JavaScript
• Translate operational and stakeholder requirements into scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and support internal control
• Coordinate automation and reporting activities across teams, promoting standards, knowledge sharing, and alignment with Arla’s WoWs
• Act as a sparring partner and advisor in the development of technical solutions, driving quality, documentation, and consistency
• Deliver performance insights and process-related analysis to support decision-making within HR SSC and its leadership

What will make you successful

You are a data- and process-minded professional with hands-on experience in delivering automation and business intelligence solutions. You thrive in roles that combine technical depth with business impact — where clear communication, stakeholder trust, and actionable insights are key to success. You bring curiosity, structure, and a passion for making things work smarter — not harder.

Furthermore, you: 

• Are familiar with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI) and comfortable working with structured data
• Have practical experience designing and delivering automation solutions using tools such as Power Automate, VBA, or JavaScript
• Communicate in a clear, structured, and to-the-point manner — especially when presenting ideas, updates, or solutions to stakeholders
• Build strong working relationships and are confident engaging with stakeholders at various levels, including leadership
• Can independently translate process or business needs into solutions that are both technically robust and business-relevant
• Are fluent in English, both written and spoken, and act as a role model, promoting Arla Good Values in everything you do
