As a Senior Business Change Manager, you will join the Dairy Agile Release Train (ART), working closely with our key stakeholders, BCM team members, and supporting other Dairy ART teams and colleagues to facilitate the necessary changes within the IT production world.
How you will make an impact
As a Business Change Manager, you will ensure that both IT & Business succeed in managing change when implementing IT solutions to reveal the business value. A vital element in this change journey is to enable our business to adapt new ways of working. Among others, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing change management strategies, plans, and initiatives to support the adoption and implementation of new IT systems, processes, and technologies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and prioritize change impacts and risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Leading and facilitating change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training, and organizational readiness assessments.
- Monitoring and tracking the progress of change initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective change adoption.
- Providing guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders throughout the change process, addressing any resistance or barriers to change.
- Conducting post-implementation reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Acting as a mentor for other team members.
- Supporting and build continuous improvement initiatives to develop and mature ways of working with BCM in Dairy ART and across ARTs in Arla IT.
What will make you successful:
- You are a brilliant communicator, who can handle all kinds of stakeholders
- You are passion about the process of implementing organizational changes
- You have strong analytical skills, problem-solving and decision making abilities.
- You have a relevant master’s degree in e.g. IT Communication, Business etc.
- Ideally, you have a minimum of 4 years of experience from a similar position. We imagine that you have a good business and process understanding along with change management experience.
- You are fluent in English, verbally as well as in written.
- You demonstrate effective communication skills by delivering high-quality presentations.
- You know how to operate within Microsoft O365 and in project management tools and software. (like Azure DevOps)
- Ideally, you have been through BCM training and understand ADKAR model and/or know the PROSCI framework. (Certificates would be a great asset)
- You are willing to travel occasionally, as per business need.
- Additionally, but not necessarily, you have experience in process improvement and facilitating process design workshops.
Due to the challenges in implementing and communicating business changes, you will utilize your strong communication and relationship building skills to influence and ensure effective collaboration with all levels across the Arla organization.
