Senior Business Change Manager (Digital Services & Infrastructure IT) - Gdansk

As Business Change Manager, you will be joining Digital Services & Infrastructure Agile Release Train (DSI ART) which belongs to IT Services. We support Arla across functions with key components such as Network & Telephony, M365 & Collaboration tools, AI tools, End-User devices, SAP Services, Cross systems integrations.
You will be supporting DSI ART teams to enable the changes needed within the IT Services and changes that will impact across Arla. As a result, you will work on increasing employee adoption and system usage. We work in an agile set up where we continuously plan and review our projects accordingly to make sure we provide the most value for Arla.
How you will make an impact
As a Business Change Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring that IT Services succeed in managing change when implementing IT solutions to reveal the business value
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and prioritize change impacts and risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Leading and facilitating change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training
- Enabling our business to adapt new ways of working particularly for digital tools
- Monitoring user adoption & collect feedback
- Providing support to stakeholders helping with planning, scoping and process design
- Designing key messages, creating visual materials
What will make you successful
- You are a tech savvy, good communicator.
- You are passionate about the process of implementing organizational changes.
- You have strong analytical skills, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- You have a relevant master’s degree in e.g., IT Communication, Business, etc.
- Ideally, you have a minimum of 4 years of experience from a similar position. We imagine that you have a good business and process understanding along with change management experience.
- You are fluent in English, verbally as well as in written.
- You demonstrate effective communication skills by delivering high-quality PowerPoint presentations and SharePoint sites.
- Ideally, you have been through BCM training and understand the ADKAR model and/or know the PROSCI framework (Certificates would be a great asset).
- You are willing to travel occasionally, as per business need.
- Additionally, but not necessarily, you have experience in process improvement and facilitating process design workshops.
Due to the challenges in implementing and communicating business changes, you will utilize your strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence and ensure effective collaboration with all levels across the Arla organization.
