Based in Gdansk, you will join the Platforms team within the IT Solutions department. The Platforms team serves as the Center for Enablement for Data & Analytics at Arla, tasked with providing advisory on data and analytics setup as well as enhancing platform capabilities. We are dedicated to facilitating faster and more informed decision-making through data, ensuring a single source of truth for Arla.

How You Will Make an Impact

As the Senior Architect – GenAI Lead, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs and technology capabilities. You will lead the identification, design, and delivery of generative AI pilots that drive innovation and create tangible value for the organization. Your expertise will guide the evolution of target architectures and ensure alignment with enterprise standards while pioneering scalable and impactful solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to shape and prioritize GenAI use cases.
• Translate business requirements into GenAI solution designs that resonate with organizational needs.
• Lead architectural evaluation and selection processes in partnership with other architects.
• Document learnings and best practices to continuously refine target architectures.
• Oversee pilot delivery and evaluate scalability potential for future integration.
• Communicate progress, findings, and recommendations to platform leadership.

Functional Skills:

• Knowledge of GenAI architecture patterns including RAG, Content Understanding, and Agents.
• Stakeholder management and technical documentation skills.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in business analysis or solution architecture.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies or cloud-based AI services.
• Proven track record in tech-driven pilot and innovation projects.
• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
