As a Payroll and HR Administration Specialist you become a part of our Global Shared Services Centre in Gdansk. Here, you won’t find factory machines or farmers. Instead, you will join more than 800 colleagues dedicated to supporting all of Arla with IT, HR, Financial, Logistics, Member Relations and Procurement operations. About the job
As a Payroll and HR Administration Specialist you will be responsible mainly for handling HR documentation, benefits administration and reporting module. Continuous improvement, excellent communication and delivering best service for our customers is included in the role.
Your tasks would include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for employees and providing professional, people-focused HR service.
- Preparing HR documentation and various regular or ad-hoc reports.
- Administering employee benefits and cooperating with the external payroll provider.
- Managing HR administrative areas such as health and safety, occupational medicine, time registration, GDPR, and Employee Capital Plans.
- Ensuring proper HR documentation flow and compliance with labour law and internal procedures.
- Building and maintaining good relationships with stakeholders, supporting process improvements and keeping process documentation up to date.
What we are looking for
We are seeking an experienced HR Payroll professional who combines customer service skills and an open-minded attitude with the ability to work effectively both as a team member and independently on own projects.
- At least 2 years of HR Payroll experience, ideally covering the full HR cycle.
- Strong knowledge of Polish labour law, HR administration, and documentation flow.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), with a good telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
