Join our dynamic HR Shared Service Center in Gdańsk as a OneHR Support Team Leader. You will inspire and guide a dedicated team, delivering front desk and administrative services for Arla colleagues across the globe. Be at the heart of impactful projects, ensuring outstanding support, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

How will you make an impact?

This permanent role, based in Gdańsk, is focused on leading a team to deliver high-quality HR support services. Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead and develop your team: Motivate, coach, and empower team members to deliver exceptional HR support and achieve key performance indicators.
• Drive operational excellence: Ensure efficient and accurate handling of HR inquiries and requests through various channels (ticketing system, email, phone).
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with HR Partners, Centers of Excellence, and other teams to ensure seamless HR service delivery.
• Monitor and improve processes: Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices, and support change initiatives.
• Ensure compliance and data protection: Oversee adherence to HR policies, data privacy, and service-level agreements.
• Deliver training and knowledge sharing: Facilitate continuous learning within the team and support onboarding of new colleagues.
• Supporting issue resolution: Help address more complex or challenging situations within the team, ensuring timely and appropriate solution.

Who are we looking for?

• Leadership skills: Experience in guiding, supporting, or coordinating teams.
• Strong communicator: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders at all levels.
• Problem-solver: Proactive mindset, with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
• Technology savvy: Comfortable working with HR systems and ticketing tools.
• Educational background:  University degree.
• Positive and proactive: Able to inspire, motivate, and support colleagues.
